your right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a person other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods. This applies depending on the order:

• If you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they were delivered together.
• If you have ordered several goods in one order and they were delivered separately, the deadline begins when you receive the last goods.
• If you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, the deadline applies from the receipt of the last partial shipment or the last piece.
• If you have entered into a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specific period, then the period begins upon receipt of the first goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact me (Resin Art Zürich, Südstrasse 11, 8180 Bülach, 079 907 81 72, in**@***************ch.ch) with a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email) of your decision. You can use my sample cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of cancellation before the deadline has expired.

Articles without right of withdrawal

All items that I make individually for you are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This includes items where you have individually specified the color, size, shape, or personalizations such as names or dates.
There is no right of cancellation for goods that are not prefabricated and have been individually manufactured according to your specific wishes. I cannot resell such personalized products after they have been manufactured.

Unfortunately, deposits are also non-refundable and cannot be canceled. Should the date of your wedding or event change, I'll be happy to offer you a new date at no extra charge – just once. If your wedding or event is canceled, I can issue you a credit note that you can use toward any item in my online shop, including custom-made items.

If you send me your flowers and then change your mind, unfortunately I cannot return the flowers.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you cancel your contract, I will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (unless you chose a more expensive shipping option than the cheapest standard delivery). The refund will be issued no later than fourteen days after I receive your cancellation notice. I will use the same payment method you used for the order to issue the refund, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

I may withhold reimbursement until I have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to me immediately and at the latest within fourteen days after your cancellation. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen days.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the goods have lost value due to unnecessary use, you will have to pay for this loss in value.
