Payment and shipping

Here you can find all information about payment and shipping.

Shipping Options & Costs

For each product, you can choose whether you want to pick up your order locally or whether I send it to you within Switzerland or the EU. The shipping costs vary depending on the option you choose.

(1) All prices quoted are in Swiss francs (CHF). I am not liable for value added tax, so no VAT will be charged.

(2) Shipping costs will be charged additionally and selected by you when ordering.

(3) Payment is made via TWINT, credit card or other payment methods specified in the online shop. Delivery will only take place after receipt of payment.

(4) I deliver to the address you provide within Switzerland and the EU. Deliveries outside the EU are only possible after prior arrangement.

(6) The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon handover to the post office.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated for the product, the delivery time is:

  • Within Switzerland: approx. 2 – 4 working days
  • To the EU: approx. 4 – 8 working days
    (Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.)

If you order items with different delivery times, I will ship everything together unless we agree otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will depend on the item with the longest delivery time.

On-site pick-up

As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an email from me with the pickup options. If you pick up the order yourself, there are of course no shipping costs.

Possible ways to pay

You can pay for your order using the following methods:

  • TWINT
  • Direct bank transfer
  • card payment
  • PayPal
