Here you can find all information about payment and shipping.

Shipping Options & Costs

For each product, you can choose whether you want to pick up your order locally (Bülach, Switzerland) or have it shipped to you. Shipping costs vary depending on the country selected.

(1) All prices quoted are in Swiss francs (CHF). I am not liable for value added tax, so no VAT will be charged.

(2) Shipping costs will be calculated separately and automatically added to the order total.

(3) Payment is made via TWINT, credit card or other payment methods specified in the online shop. Delivery will only take place after full payment has been received.

(4) I deliver to the address you provide within Switzerland, the EU, the USA, Japan, the UAE, Australia and the UK. Deliveries outside these zones are only possible by prior arrangement.

(6) The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon handover to the post office.

(7) For deliveries abroad (EU and other countries I ship to, such as the USA, Japan, United Arab Emirates, Australia, or United Kingdom), country-specific import duties, customs fees, or VAT may apply – these are not included in the purchase price and will be invoiced to you directly upon delivery. The necessary commercial invoice will be automatically included with your shipment.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated for the product, the delivery time is:

  • Within Switzerland: approx. 2 – 4 working days
  • International shipping: approx. 4-8 working days
    (Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.)

If you order items with different delivery times, I will ship everything together unless we agree otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will depend on the item with the longest delivery time.

On-site pick-up

As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an email from me with the pickup options. If you pick up the order yourself, there are of course no shipping costs.

You can pay for your order using the following methods:

  • TWINT
  • Direct bank transfer
  • card payment
  • PayPal
